Privacy and system boundary
Public contact will remain nonclinical.
Cedar Elm’s public Contact page is intended for approved general, administrative, and nonclinical communication. At this stage, the nonclinical mailing list is the only active contact option on this page. General questions and referral partner inquiries are not accepted through a public contact form yet.
When counseling services begin, the public Contact page will not become a substitute for secure clinical systems. Counseling intake, scheduling, informed consent, billing, telehealth, records, appointment changes, and secure clinical messaging will belong in Cedar Elm’s approved electronic health record and related clinical processes.
