Cedar Elm’s partner relationships are based on clarity, respect, education, and appropriate routing. Partners may recommend, share public materials, and help someone locate a route. Future clinical decisions remain separate from partner relationships.

If an approved professional referral process becomes available later, Cedar Elm will explain what may be submitted, where it may be sent, which secure system is used, and how authorization and releases of information are handled.

Partner relationships at Cedar Elm

Wayne Sullivan Jr. leads Cedar Elm’s future clinical and educational direction. Roni Sullivan, Co-Founder and Administrator, supports the administrative, relational, and community-facing work surrounding Cedar Elm’s partner relationships.

Roni’s role is to listen, learn about the people and services an organization supports, explain Cedar Elm’s developing direction, and help identify the appropriate public route. She has a particular interest in ensuring that military and public-safety spouses, partners, and families are recognized as people with their own experiences and support needs.

Roni is not a counselor. She does not provide clinical services, determine clinical fit, discuss cases, receive private client information through ordinary partner communication, or serve as a crisis contact.
