Crisis and emergency routing

Cedar Elm is not a crisis service. For urgent situations, route directly to crisis and emergency resources.

Crisis & Emergency Support

If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, call or text 988. Veterans, service members, and loved ones can call 988 and press 1, text 838255, or chat through the Veterans Crisis Line.

What not to send through future contact routes

When a partner inquiry route is available, it will be for organizational-level questions only. Please keep the following out of any future contact or inquiry route:

  • Client names
  • Dates of birth
  • Diagnosis
  • Medication information
  • Trauma details
  • Safety concerns
  • Crisis details
  • Treatment history
  • Insurance information
  • VA claims information
  • Court or custody details
  • Private health information
